摘 要:福建某萤石矿含CaF_(2)为18%左右,属于低品位萤石矿,试验采用预先脱硫-浮选萤石工艺,常规流程闭路试验可获得一个萤石精矿品位为90.36%,回收率为77.33%的萤石精矿;采用中矿再选流程可获得两个萤石精矿,萤石精矿1品位为97.37%,回收率为44.76%;萤石精矿2品位为86.65%,回收率为25.68%;综合萤石精矿品位为93.17%,回收率为70.44%的良好选矿指标。The CaF_(2)content of A low-grade fluorite ore in Fujian is about 18%.The test results showed that,The conventional process can obtain a fluorite concentrate with a grade of 90.36%and a recovery rate of 77.33%;two fluorspar concentrates can be obtained by adopting the middle ore re-dressing process,the high grade of fluorspar concentrate is 97.37%,and the recovery rate is 44.76%,the low grade of fluorspar concentrate is 86.65%,and the recovery rate is 25.68%,the comprehensive fluorite concentrate grade is 93.17%,and the recovery rate is 70.44%.
