摘  要:连铸坯热送热装能利用自身热能降低轧钢加热炉的加热温度,减少加热时间,提高连铸坯热送热装率,有效减少煤气消耗,降低工序能耗,是衡量轧钢煤气消耗成本高低的重要指标。本文通过分析制约热送热装率提升的主要原因,并且通过优化工艺技术、加强设备维护、优化生产计划,2023年6月份连铸坯热送热装率比2022年提高13%,吨钢煤气耗降低24.2 m^(3)/t,按煤气0.1元/m^(3)计算,降低煤气成本2.42元/t。Continuous casting billet hot delivery and hot charging can utilize its own thermal energy,reduce the heating temperature of the steel rolling heating furnace,reduce heating time,improve the hot delivery and hot charging rate of continuous casting billet,effectively reduce gas consumption,reduce process energy consumption,and is an important indicator to measure the cost of steel rolling gas consumption.This paper analyzed the main reasons that restrict the increase in hot delivery and hot charging rate,and optimized the process technology,equipment maintenance,and production plan.In June 2023,the hot delivery and hot charging rate of continuous casting billets increased by 13%compared to 2022,and the gas consumption per ton of steel decreased by 24.2 m^(3)/t.Calculated at 0.1 yuan/m^(3) of gas,the gas cost was reduced by 2.42 yuan/t.
