液压泥炮过渡体的维修制备方法研究

摘　　要：过渡体是德国进口TMT液压泥炮关键核心零件,外部形状和结构极其复杂,它的各个安装表面均需要多次加工和修复,尺寸和技术条件要求非常严格,由于工作环境恶劣导致失效损坏,无备件更换,高炉被迫停炉。为了解决这一难题,选用特殊的合金结构钢,特别是材料中包含稀土元素,提高强度、耐磨性和抗腐蚀能力,增强材料耐冲击疲劳性能。巧妙设计加工工序,一气呵成,并且减少装夹和固定次数,提高加工精度。制备的液压泥炮过渡体,完全能够满足德国进口TMT液压泥炮的工作条件与性能要求,实现国产化替代。The transition body is the key core part of TMT hydraulic clay gun imported from Germany.Its external shape and structure are extremely complex.Its various mounting surfaces need to be processed and repaired many times,the blast furnace was forced to shut down because of failure damage caused by bad working environment and no replacement of spare parts.In order to solve this problem,a special alloy structural steel,especially one containing rare earth elements,is selected to improve its strength,wear resistance and corrosion resistance,and to enhance its impact fatigue resistance.Skillfully designed processing procedures,one-off,and reduce the number of clamping and fixing,improve the processing accuracy.The prepared transition body of hydraulic clay gun can completely meet the working conditions and performance requirements of TMT hydraulic clay gun imported from Germany.
