摘　　要：目的分析院内糖尿病教育在糖尿病患者临床护理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年1月在成都医学院第一附属医院内分泌代谢科入院治疗的80例糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组40例。对照组实施常规临床护理,试验组实施院内糖尿病教育小组护理,比较两组干预后的糖尿病知识知晓度、糖尿病自我管理水平及血糖控制情况。结果与对照组比较,试验组知识知晓度与糖尿病管理依从性评分更高(P<0.05),空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖与糖化血红蛋白水平更低(P<0.05)。结论实施院内糖尿病教育小组护理可提高糖尿病患者疾病知识知晓度和自我管理水平,从而降低患者短期或长期血糖控制水平,实现更有效的自我管理。Objective To analyze the application effect of in-hospital diabetes education in the clinical care of diabetic patients.Methods A total of 80 adult diabetic patients admitted to the Department of Endocrinology and Metabolism of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were allocated to either a control group(n=40)or an experimental group(n=40)by random number table method.The control group received routine clinical nursing,while the experimental group received in-hospital diabetes education group nursing.The levels of diabetes knowledge,diabetes self-management and blood glucose control were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group had higher scores of diabetes knowledge awareness and diabetes management compliance(P<0.05),but lower levels of fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of in-hospital diabetes education group nursing can improve patients'diabetes knowledge awareness and self-management level,thereby reducing their short-term or long-term blood glucose control level and achieving more effective self-management.
