电视遥控器的多感官适老化路径探究

摘　　要：为了提升老年群体在看电视过程中对遥控器使用的用户体验,探讨如何设计电视遥控器以迎合老年人群的需求和感受。经过前期线上调研之后,采用问卷调查、深度访谈等方式,对老年人在电视遥控器的应用方面存在的问题进行了深入的研究,并对目标人群在使用电视遥控器时存在的主要问题和预期需求进行了分析,最终从功能、交互及心理等方面,总结出了电视遥控器多感官适老化设计策略来辅助后续的设计工作。To improve the user’s experience of the remote controller usage behavior of the elderly group while watching TV,and how the design of the TV remote controller can meet the needs and feelings of the elderly group was discussed.After the preliminary online research,questionnaire surveys,in-depth interviews and other methods were used to conduct in-depth research on the problems existing in the application of TV remote controllers for the elderly,and the problems existing in the application of TV remote controllers for the target group were deeply explored.The main problems and expected needs were analyzed,and finally,from the aspects of function,interaction and psychology,the multi-sensory aging design strategy of TV remote controller was summarized to assist the subsequent design work.
