摘　　要：脐是人体唯一存在的自然瘢痕。随着微创及美学理念的发展,脐成为单孔腹腔镜的常规入路,脐孔美学原理也逐渐发展起来。脐的特殊结构给手术缝合带来了困难,也使得脐部手术切口易发生感染、切口疝等并发症。脐整形缝合方法不仅要求能减少切口并发症,还应体现脐孔美学原理。本文简要阐述脐孔解剖学、美学原理及其在经脐单孔腹腔镜妇科手术切口构建与重建中的应用,以期对单孔腹腔镜妇科手术的推广有所裨益。The umbilicus is the only natural scar in human body.With the development of miniinvasive and aesthetic concepts,the umbilicus has become a routine approach for single-site laparoscopic surgery,and the umbilical aesthetics principles have been developed gradually.Difficulty of surgical suture and incision complication such as infection and incision hernia appeared due to special structure of umbilicus.The suture technique of umbilicoplasty is not only required to reduce the risk of incision complications,but also reflected the umbilical aesthetics principles.This article briefly describes the anatomy umbilicus,the principles of umbilical aesthetics,and their application in the construction and reconstruction of the incision during transumbilical single-site laparoscopic gynecological surgery,and aims to benefit the promotion of the surgery.
