摘  要:随着海上老油田挖潜的深入,以及受军事、环保等因素的影响,大斜度及大位移井逐渐成为增储上产的重要井型。大斜度及大位移井具有井斜大,稳斜段长的特点,一趟管柱难以同时实施射孔与放喷作业,严重制约着大斜度及大位移井完井时效。低密度微泡沫液放喷技术,可有效解决这个难题。下入平衡射孔管柱,校深方式可采用泵送电缆校深或随钻校深,射孔后将射孔枪起出射孔段,再根据负压值向钻杆内替入设计量的低密度泡沫液制造负压,坐封机械可回收式封隔器后导通流程进行放喷作业。该技术能够在大斜度及大位移井完井中一趟管柱同时实施射孔与放喷作业,无需在射孔后单独下一趟管柱进行放喷,节省完工工期,降低完井作业成本,提高射孔放喷效果。With the deepening of the exploration potential of old offshore oilfields and the influence of military and environmental factors,high inclination and extended reach Wells have gradually become an important well type for increasing storage and production.High inclination and long reach Wells have the characteristics of large inclination and long stable slope section,so it is difficult to carry out perforation and blowout operation at the same time in one run,which seriously restricts the completion time of high inclination and long reach Wells.Low density microfoam spray technology can effectively solve this problem.The balanced perforating string can be run,the depth can be calibrated by pumping the cable or while drilling.After perforating,the perforating gun is lifted out of the perforating section,and the designed amount of low-density foam is injected into the drill pipe according to the negative pressure value to create negative pressure.After setting the mechanically recoverable packer,theflowflow is carried out.This technology can perforate and release a single run of string at the same time in the completion of high Angle and extended reach Wells,without the need to release a single run of string after perforating,saving the completion period,reducing the completion cost,and improving the perforation release effect.
