大型捣固焦炉机侧烟尘治理新措施研究

摘　　要：大型捣固焦炉机侧烟尘具有温度高、成分复杂、瞬时产生量大的特点,机侧烟尘的出现,不仅威胁着捣固焦炉运行安全,而且严重污染周边环境。因此,简述了大型捣固焦炉机侧烟尘产生源,分析了大型捣固焦炉机侧烟尘原有治理措施的不足,针对相关问题提出了大型捣固焦炉机侧烟尘新措施,并对大型捣固焦炉机侧烟尘治理新措施的应用前后效果进行了对比。大型捣固焦炉机侧烟尘治理新措施应用后,烟尘污染物含量显著减少。表明新措施较为适合大型捣固焦炉机侧烟尘治理。The sideflue dust of large tamping coke oven has the characteristics of high temperature,complex composition and large instantaneous output.The appearance of the side flue dust not only threatens the operation safety of tamping coke oven,but also pollutes the surrounding environment seriously.Therefore,the source of the side smoke and dust of large-scale tamping coke oven is briefly described,the deficiency of the original control measures for the side smoke and dust of large-scale tamping coke oven is analyzed,and the new measures for the side smoke and dust of large-scale tamping coke oven are put forward,the effect before and after the application of the new measures of dust control in the side of large tamping coke oven is compared.After application of the new measures of dust control in the machine side of large-scale tamping coke oven,the content of dust pollutants is reduced significantly.It shows that the new measures are suitable for the dust control of the machine side of the large-scale tamping coke oven.
