摘 要:简支活载钢板组合梁是目前常见的桥型之一,具有方便快速施工且造价合理的特点,很适合作为城市高架桥梁的主力桥型。但其在桥面板施工过程中需特别注意施工期的屈曲稳定,避免发生非强度的脆性破坏。本文以跨径45m某简支现浇活载钢板组合梁为例,运用三维有限元模型,对组合梁施工期稳定的影响因素进行参数化分析,发现横向支撑间距、上翼缘宽度、桥面板施工过程都会对其施工期稳定有一定的影响,通过分析结果对该类桥型施工期提出优化措施。The simply supported live load steel plate composite beam is one of the common bridge types currently available,with the characteristics of convenient and fast construction and reasonable cost,making it suitable as the main bridge type for urban elevated bridges.However,special attention should be paid to the buckling stability during the construction process of the bridge deck to avoid non strength brittle failure.This article takes a 45m span simply supported cast-in-place live load steel plate composite beam as an example,and uses a three-dimensional finite element model to parameterize the factors affecting the stability of the composite beam during construction.It is found that the horizontal support spacing,upper flange width,and bridge deck construction process all have a certain impact on its stability during construction.Based on the analysis results,optimization measures are proposed for the construction period of this type of bridge.
