摘  要:针对铁路工程结构种类多,施工方式不同对混凝土性能要求各异特点,为解决空间狭小部位浇筑振捣难以均匀到位的施工通病,从高流动性、可泵性、抗离析性方面,通过高性能和功能型外加剂对标矿物掺合料特性设计助力,使坍落扩展度控制在580±20mm之间等措施,进行工作性优化以满足不同部位施工通用性。完全可从材料角度提出优化方法、步骤及控制重点,为相似衬砌混凝土施工提供参考。In response to the diverse types of railway engineering structures and different construction methods requiring different concrete performance,in order to solve the common construction problem of difficult uniform pouring and vibration in narrow space areas,measures such as high fluidity,pumpability,and anti segregation are taken to design high-performance and functional admixtures to match the characteristics of mineral admixtures,so as to control the slump expansion between 580±20mm,to optimize work performance to meet the universality of construction in different parts.Optimization methods,steps,and control priorities can be proposed from a material perspective,providing reference for similar lining concrete construction.
