摘  要:区别于隧道常规断面施工,隧道通风斜井与主线隧道交叉连接处,多设计异形过渡断面及上跨正洞等特殊连接形式,以实现不同的送排风方式。依托彭水隧道通风斜井施工,对交叉口段联络风道施工技术进行研究,提出了排烟道通过阶梯形式导洞抬高进正洞挑顶施工技术,挑顶过程中形成了正洞拱架与联络道门架连接方式,并对上跨段设置了不等高度两台阶开挖及底部爆破减震孔,在送风道交叉口侧则预留了2.0m作反向开挖,有效解决了相交地段三维受力状态围岩稳定性差等问题,保证了各联络风道施工进度与安全,对类似工程颇具借鉴意义。Different from the conventional section construction of tunnels,special connection forms such as irregular transition sections and upper span main tunnels are designed at the intersection of the tunnel ventilation inclined shaft and the main tunnel to achieve different air supply and exhaust methods.Based on the construction of the ventilation inclined shaft in Pengshui Tunnel,research was conducted on the construction technology of the connecting air duct at the intersection section.A construction technology of lifting the exhaust duct into the main tunnel through a stepped guide was proposed,and during the lifting process,a connection method was formed between the main tunnel arch and the connecting road portal.Unequal height two step excavation and bottom blasting vibration reduction holes were set up for the upper span section.A 2.0m reverse excavation was reserved on the side of the air supply duct intersection,Effectively solving the problems of poor stability of the surrounding rock in the three-dimensional stress state of intersecting sections,ensuring the construction progress and safety of each connecting air duct,which is of great reference significance for similar projects.
