摘 要:铁路线路质量直接影响着机车行车安全,这就对捣固车的作业能力提出了很高的要求,而测量小车又是对线路状态检测的关键装置。本文针对铁路大型养路机械测量小车在车辆转向架构架上悬挂这一设计,分析了测量小车因弦线固定点位置变化在直线上对线路方向(矢距)、横向水平(超高)、纵向高低(纵平)偏差产生的原因,并对偏差进行了定量计算。研究表明:测量小车悬挂点位置离小车轮轴间距越大,越有利于测量精度的提升,该研究对大机测量小车的设计具有重要指导意义。The quality of railway lines directly affects the safety of locomotive operation,which puts forward high requirements for the operational ability of tamping machine,and the measuring trolley is a key device for detecting the status of the line.This article focuses on the design of a large railway maintenance machinery measuring car suspended on a vehicle bogie frame.It analyzes the reasons for the deviation of the measuring car on the line direction(orthovector),horizontal level(superelevation),and vertical height(longitudinal level)due to changes in the fixed point position of the chord line,and quantitatively calculates the deviation.Research has shown that the larger the distance between the suspension point position of the measuring trolley and the wheel axle of the trolley,the more conducive it is to improving the measurement accuracy.This study has important guiding significance for the design of the measuring trolley for large machines.
