摘 要:对陕西省煤矿瓦斯灾害特征进行了整体分析,并重点分析了韩城矿区3号和11号煤层瓦斯突出特点。分别对高瓦斯矿井、瓦斯突出矿井采取的灾害防治方法及存在的不足进行了较为全面的阐述。瓦斯突出矿井形成了地面L型钻井水力压裂区域瓦斯排采技术、穿层钻孔高压水射流钻扩一体化瓦斯抽采技术等10项瓦斯抽采技术、瓦斯抽采“四化”经验和智能管控平台系统,但在矿井通风、瓦斯地质、瓦斯抽采和瓦斯管理等方面存在不足;高瓦斯矿井形成了诸多先进经验、典型先进模式,但在瓦斯地质、通风系统、防突措施、安全防护、监测监控和管控模式等方面存在不足。提出了高瓦斯矿井和瓦斯突出矿井灾害防治对策,认为高瓦斯矿井应从瓦斯地质探测、瓦斯抽采系统、通风系统及瓦斯管理等方面加强针对性瓦斯防治对策:瓦斯突出矿井应进一步开展突出机理及规律精细化研究,实施区域性预测及大区域预测防控技术,推广瓦斯灾害远程在线智能预警,加强矿井防突技术、设施及人才管控力量。A comprehensive analysis was conducted on the characteristics of coal mine gas disasters in Shaanxi,with a focus on the gas outburst characteristics of No.3 and No.11 coal seam of Hancheng mining area.A comprehensive exposition was provided on the disaster prevention and control methods adopted for high gas mines and gas outburst mines,as well as the existing shortcomings.The gas outburst mines have developed 10 gas drainage technologies including the surface L-shaped drilling hydraulic fracturing area gas drainage technology,the high-pressure water jet drilling and expansion integrated gas drainage technology through layer drilling,the"four realization"experience of gas drainage,and the intelligent control platform system,but there are shortcomings in mine ventilation,geological conditions,gas drainage,and gas management.High gas mines have formed many advanced experiences and typical advanced models,but there are shortcomings in gas geology,ventilation system,outburst prevention measures,safety protection,monitoring and control modes.Disasters prevention and control countermeasures for high gas mines and gas outburst mines have been proposed.It is believed that targeted gas prevention and control measures should be strengthened such as gas geological exploration,gas drainage system,ventilation system,and gas management.Refined research should be further carried out for gas outburst mines on outburst mechanisms and laws,regional and large-scale prediction and prevention technologies should be implemented,remote online intelligent warning of gas disasters should be promoted,and the control of mine outburst prevention technology,facilities,and talents should be strengthened.
