摘 要:无压三产品重介质旋流器作为重要的选煤分选设备,具有结构简单、分选精度高、节能环保的特点。介绍了无压三产品重介质旋流器在国内的发展应用历程,分析了不同时期三产品重介质旋流器的性能特点和应用效果,并对三产品重介质旋流器选煤工艺及装备的发展进行了展望。认为,无压三产品重介质旋流器技术工艺应持续研究原煤及煤泥重介质旋流器工艺参数对分选过程的影响和磁选工艺参数对磁选作业工艺效果的影响,重视中煤磁选尾矿的分选工艺;而在重介质旋流器装备方面要降低分选下限、提高分选精度,进一步提高检测设备的精度及可靠性、提高旋流器的使用寿命。As an important sorting equipment in the coal preparation industry,the gravity-fed three-product heavy medium cyclone has the characteristics of simple structure,high sorting accuracy,energy conservation and environmental protection.The development and application history of the gravity-fed three-product heavy medium cyclone in China is introduced,the performance characteristics and application effects of the three-product heavy medium cyclone in different periods are analyzed,and the development of the coal preparation process and equipment of the three-product heavy medium cyclone is prospected.It is considered that the continuous research on gravity-fed three-product heavy medium cyclone technology process should be carried out for the influence of raw coal and slime dense medium cyclone process parameters on the separation process,the influence of magnetic separation process parameters on the magnetic separation process effect,and the separation process of middling coal magnetic separation tailings.In terms of heavy medium cyclone equipment,it is necessary to reduce the lower limit of sorting,improve sorting accuracy,further improve the accuracy and reliability of detection equipment,and extend the service life of the cyclone.
