摘 要:为优化电机散热性能,分别设计三周期极小曲面(TPMS)和翅片两种结构的电机外壳,并通过有限元分析和装机温升实验对其进行性能评估。温升测试过程中,TPMS结构机壳最高温度为46.2℃,内部线圈最高温度为107.7℃。与原始结构和翅片结构相比,机壳最高温度分别降低了18.7%和42.2%,线圈温度分别降低了33.7%和10.6%。结果表明,TPMS结构具有更优异的散热效果,可有效提高电机的散热性能。Aiming at optimizing the heat dissipation performance of electric motors,triply periodic minimal surface(TPMS)and fin structures are designed for the motor casing.The performance of the two structures is evaluated by finite element analysis and in-situ temperature rise tests.The results show that the TPMS structure has a maximum casing temperature of 46.2℃and an internal coil temperature of 107.7℃during the temperature rise test.These temperatures are 18.7%and 42.2%lower than those of the original structure and the fin structure,respectively.The coil temperature is also reduced by 33.7%and 10.6%respectively.The results indicate that the TPMS structure has excellent heat dissipation performance and can effectively improve the heat dissipation performance of electric motors.
