摘  要:为解决电力电缆、开关柜等电力设备发热故障和局部放电故障的模拟装置功能单一、精度差等问题,提出了一种基于单片机控制系统的温度及局部放电故障信号模拟发生装置,以精确模拟电力设备运行过程中的发热故障和局部放电故障信号特征。实验结果表明,该装置的温度控制精度高,局部放电故障信号输出延迟小、精度高,能够精确模拟电力电缆、开关柜等电力设备的发热故障和局部放电故障信号特征,有效提升电力运检人员诊断和处理故障的能力。In order to solve the problems of single function and poor accuracy of the simulation device for heating fault and partial discharge fault of power equipment such as power cable and switchgear,this paper proposes a temperature and partial discharge fault signal simulation device based on the single-chip microcomputer control system to accurately simulate the heating fault and partial discharge fault signal characteristics during the operation of power equipment.The experimental results show that the device has high temperature control accuracy,small partial discharge fault signal output delay and high precision,and can accurately simulate the heating fault and partial discharge fault signal characteristics of power cables,switchgear and other power equipment,which can effectively improve the fault diagnosis and processing ability of power operation inspection personnel.
