摘 要:针对环境参数多变、多类型电缆热稳定性不一的问题,研究考虑热稳定性的多功能模块化电缆载流能力评估算法。采集数据并利用通信模块将采集的数据传送至上位机,上位机的电缆载流能力评估模块以热稳定性方程为理论基础,利用热稳定性方程构建电缆等效热路模型,依据电缆外护套等部位的温度变化评估电缆载流能力。算法设置了添加电缆模块、新建电缆模块、电缆参数修改模块等,提升了电缆载流能力的应用性。实验结果表明,该算法可以精准评估电缆载流能力,在环境参数变化时,评估电缆载流能力的误差低于1%。In view of the problems of variable environmental parameters and different thermal stability of multiple types of cables,the multi-functional modular cable current load capacity evaluation algorithm considering the thermal stability is studied.The data is collected and the communication module is used to transmit the collected data to the upper position computer.The cable carrying capacity evaluation module of the upper position computer uses the thermal stability equation to construct the cable equivalent thermal road model,and evaluates the cable carrying capacity according to the temperature change of the cable outer sheath and other parts.The algorithm sets up functional modules such as adding cable module,building new cable module and cable parameter modification module to improve the application of cable current carrying capacity.The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can accurately evaluate the cable current carrying capacity by less than 1%when the environmental parameters change.
