基于现实疗法的高职大学生自我和谐对心理健康影响分析——一个有调节的中介效应

摘　　要：基于现实疗法在高职大学生群体中开展心理辅导,采用自我和谐量表(SCCS)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、青少年生活满意度量(ASLSS)对参与团体心理辅导的60名高职大学生进行测量,探讨自我和谐对心理健康的影响,以及生活满意度在其中的中介作用和现实疗法的调节机制。研究结果表明,以性别、年级、专业为控制变量,自我和谐对心理健康正向预测作用显著;生活满意度在自我和谐与心理健康的关系中起到中介作用;生活满意度在自我和谐与心理健康的中介作用会受到现实疗法的调节;自我和谐对心理健康的直接预测作用及生活满意度在两者关系中的中介作用均受到现实疗法的调节。结论是自我和谐能预测心理健康,而生活满意度起到了中介作用,高校应充分发挥现实疗法功效,促进高职大学生心理健康。This study conducted psychological counseling among vocational college students is based on reality therapy.Sixty vocational college students who participated in group psychological counseling were measured using the Self Harmony Scale(SCCS),Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90),and Adolescent Life Satisfaction Scale(ASLSS)to explore the impact of self harmony on mental health,as well as the mediating role of life satisfaction and the regulatory mechanism of reality therapy.The research results indicate that with gender,grade,and major as control variables,self harmony has a significant positive predictive effect on mental health;Life satisfaction plays a mediating role in the relationship between self harmony and mental health;The mediating effect of life satisfaction on self harmony and mental health is moderated by reality therapy;The direct predictive effect of self harmony on mental health and the mediating role of life satisfaction in the relationship between the two are moderated by reality therapy.The conclusion is that self harmony can predict mental health,while life satisfaction plays a mediating role.Universities should fully utilize the efficacy of reality therapy to promote the mental health of vocational college students.
