摘  要:网格化是中国移动深化改革的核心措施之一。随着网格化工作的逐步深入,出现了一些问题,如目标客户获取难度大、营销地点选择不明确、营销话术不统一以及缺乏有效的一线营销支撑工具等。鉴于此,河北移动推出了移动雷达一线行销产品,将大数据能力传递到一线员工,以提高一线营销的精准性和效率。自建成以来,经过全省一线人员的使用,该产品极大地提高了营销效率和精准度,同时节约了营销成本。文章主要介绍了移动雷达建设的思路、目标、方案以及应用效果和后续规划方向等。Grid is one of the core measures for China Mobile to deepen its reform.With the gradual deepening of grid work,some problems have emerged,such as difficulty in obtaining target customers,unclear selection of marketing locations,inconsistent marketing language,and lack of effective frontline marketing support tools.In view of this,Hebei Mobile has launched a mobile radar frontline marketing product to transmit big data capabilities to frontline employees,in order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of frontline marketing.Since its establishment,through the use of frontline personnel throughout the province,this product has greatly improved marketing efficiency and accuracy,while saving marketing costs.The article mainly introduces the ideas,goals,plans,application effects,and subsequent planning directions for the construction of mobile radar tools.
