摘  要:A22.4是实质审查中使用频率较低的条款,其举证存在较大的难度。在新发展形势下,部分复杂机械装置类申请的形式和内容发生了变化,导致此类案件的实用性认定面临更大困难。文章积极探索创新审查实践路径,综合利用计算机仿真、推理论证及定量计算,通过实际案例论证此类产品申请的实用性,具有举证充分、说服力强等特点,可为该领域的审查工作提供新的思路和有益借鉴。A22.4 is a clause that is less frequently used in substantive examination,and there is a greater difficulty in providing evidence.In the new development situation,the form and content of some complex mechanical device applications have changed,leading to greater difficulties in determining the practicality of such cases.This article actively explores innovative review practice paths,comprehensively utilizes computer simulation,reasoning and quantitative calculation,and demonstrates the practicality of such product applications through practical cases.It has the characteristics of sufficient evidence and strong persuasiveness,which can provide new ideas and useful references for review work in this field.
