摘　　要：2022年,相关部门印发《气象高质量发展纲要(2022—2035年)》,明确要求加快推进气象现代化建设,努力构建科技领先、监测精密、预报精准、服务精细、人民满意的现代气象体系。作为“监测精密、预报精准、服务精细”中的重要组成部分,气象服务对气象事业的发展起着至关重要的作用。基于SWOT分析法,文章对陕西气象服务工作面临的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战进行了综合分析,客观呈现了陕西气象服务工作现状。针对气象事业发展过程中存在的个性化问题,提出了大力推进“气象+”融入式发展、建立开放合作的气象科研机制、加强人才和资金投入等建议,对于西北各省份气象工作具有参考意义。In 2022,relevant departments issued the“Outline for High Quality Development of Meteorology(2022—2035)”,which clearly requires accelerating the modernization of meteorological construction and striving to build a modern meteorological system that is technologically advanced,precise in monitoring,accurate in forecasting,precise in service,and satisfactory to the people.As an important component of“precise monitoring,accurate forecasting,and precise service”,meteorological services play a crucial role in the development of meteorological industry.Based on the SWOT analysis method,this article comprehensively analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and challenges faced by Shaanxi meteorological service work,objectively presenting the current situation of Shaanxi meteorological service work.In response to the personalized problems in the process of career development,suggestions have been put forward to vigorously promote the integrated development of“meteorology+”,establish an open and cooperative meteorological research mechanism,strengthen talent and funding investment,etc.,which have reference significance for meteorological work in various provinces in the northwest.
