摘　　要：深圳计划新增安排筹集建设保障性住房24万套,在目前的规划中,大部分的保障房都是设置在“市区”以外,位置偏远远离城市中心区,虽然提供了廉价的住房,但是居民付出的交通时间成本和远离城市中心的被丢弃感导致了这样的保障房政策很难真正的得到市民的支持。According to this planning,Shenzhen government's assignment is to construct 240,000 units to house more than 800,000 people.Shenzhen plans to raise 240,000 units of affordable housing,in the current planning,most of the affordable housing is set outside the"urban area",the location is far away from the city center,although it provides cheap housing,However,residents'transportation time cost and sense of being abandoned far from the city center make it difficult for such an affordable housing policy to truly get public support.
