摘  要:低轨卫星导航系统是当前卫星导航领域关注热点,文章以美国修娜空间系统公司的PULSAR低轨卫星导航星座为例,首先介绍了其发展规划和最新进展,然后从对地覆盖特性、GNSS天基监测能力、星间建链情况、掩星事件数目等方面,分析了不同建设阶段的星座特性和最终定位性能。结果表明,在完全服务能力阶段,PULSAR星座能够提供全球8重以上(95%)覆盖,位置精度因子优于3.5(95%),具备米级独立定位能力,联合GNSS可将精密单点定位收敛时间显著缩短约90%,与此同时,在星载导航接收机的支持下,能够满足对GNSS的时空基准增强、空间天气监测、天基完好性监测等需求。相关结论可为我国低轨卫星导航系统建设提供参考。Low earth orbit(LEO)navigation satellite system is currently the focus of attention in the field of satellite navigation.In this paper,the LEO navigation constellation named PULSAR proposed by Xona Space Systems,i.e.,a company in the United States,is selected for analysis.Firstly,its development plan and latest progress are introduced.Then,the characteristics and positioning performance of PULSAR constellation at different construction stages are comprehensively analyzed from the aspects of ground coverage,space-based global navigation satellite system(GNSS)monitoring capability,inter satellite link construction and the number of occultation events.The results show that in the stage of full service capability,the PULSAR constellation can provide global coverage capability of more than 8 folds(95%),with a position dilution of precision(PDOP)of better than 3.5(95%),and has the meter level independent positioning capability.Combined with GNSS,the convergence time of precise point positioning(PPP)can be significantly reduced by about 90%.In the meanwhile,with the support of onboard navigation receiver,it can meet the needs of the enhancement of GNSS spatial-temporal accuracy and the monitoring of space weather and integrity.The relevant conclusions obtained can provide valuable reference for the construction of LEO navigation satellite system in China.
