摘  要:随着灵活载荷技术的发展,高通量卫星从大容量向兼顾灵活性发展,资源管控系统作为高通量卫星在轨应用的关键部分,对提升系统资源利用率和降低单位带宽使用成本至关重要。文章总结了国外高通量卫星资源管控系统及资源管控算法的最新研究进展,包括泰雷兹公司、GMV公司、欧洲卫星(SES)公司、卫讯(Viasat)公司等提出的高通量卫星资源管控系统。结合高通量卫星资源在轨灵活管控需求,提出后续高通量卫星资源管控系统的发展趋势,例如,基于人工智能的资源管控系统成为后续发展的重要方向,同时,随着星上处理能力与存储能力的提升,星载资源管控系统架构也成为有潜力的发展方向而受到运营商的关注。With the development of flexible payload technology,high-throughput satellites(HTS)have gradually developed from large capacity to flexibility.As a key part of the on-orbit applications of HTS,resource management and control system is crucial for improving system resource utilization and reducing unit bandwidth usage cost.This paper systematically summarizes the latest research progress of HTS resource management and control systems proposed by Thales,GMV,SES and Viasat,and HTS resource management algorithm.According to the requirements of flexible on-orbit management and control,the development trend of the subsequent high-throughput satellite resource management and control system is proposed.For example,the resource management and control systems based on artificial intelligence have become an important direction for the subsequent development.Meanwhile,with the improvement of on-board processing and storage capabilities,the architecture of the satellite resource management and control systems have also become a potential development trend and have attracted the attention of operators.
