摘 要:本文通过对9YFG-2400大方捆压捆机捡拾系统结构及主要参数进行设计分析,确定了系统的关键参数,并对工况下的弹齿捡拾倾角、捡拾量以及喂入量进行复核。田间试验结果表明,在行进速度5km/h,弹齿转速128r/min,向心搅龙转速210r/min,强力喂入搅龙转速285r/min,转子切刀转速121r/min条件下,捡拾系统可以满足大方捆压捆机的物料处理和切碎要求。并对转子切刀的结构进行了静力学分析,得出该结构在极限载荷下仍具有较高的安全系数,能够满足大方捆作业要求。结合现有研究成果,可为进一步优化大方捆压捆机的捡拾系统提供参考。In this paper,the structure and main parameters of the picking-up system of the 9YFG-2400 large square baler were analyzed,the key parameters of the system was determined,the picking angle,picking amount,and feeding amount of the spring teeth under working conditions were reviewed.The field test results showed that under the conditions of a travel speed of 5 km/h,a tine speed of 128 r/min,a centripetal auger speed of 210 r/min,a strong feeding auger speed of 285 r/min,and a rotor cutter speed of 121r/min,the picking system can meet the material handling and cutting requirements of the large square baler.And a static analysis was conducted on the structure of the rotor cutter,and it was found that the structure still has a high safety factor under extreme load,which can meet the requirements of large bundle operation.Combined existing research results,it can provide reference for further optimizing the picking system of the large square baler.
