摘 要:带式输送机是由多个子系统组成的复杂技术系统,托辊作为承载输送带及物料的易损件,对其寿命分析显得尤为重要。文中以正常支撑托辊组和前倾布置托辊组作为研究对象,对二者的疲劳寿命进行分析研究。根据某焦化厂提供的正常支撑托辊组和前倾布置托辊组虚拟样机模型,基于Workbench对托辊组进行静力学仿真分析,获得等效应力、应变云图,应用疲劳分析软件nCode DesignLife进行应力疲劳分析,分析结果表明二者最小寿命均在轴承处。Belt conveyor is a complex technical system composed of several subsystems,and the idler is a wearing part that carries the conveyor belt and materials,so its life analysis is particularly important.In this paper,the fatigue life of normally supported idler set and forward-leaning idler set was analyzed and studied.According to the virtual prototype models of the normally supported idler set and the forward-leaning idler set provided by a coking plant,the static simulation analysis of these two idler sets was carried out based on Workbench,and the equivalent stress and strain nephograms were obtained.Stress fatigue analysis was carried out by using fatigue analysis software nCode DesignLife,and the analysis results show that the minimum life of both are at the bearing.
