基于PSPL调研法的生活型街道空间适老性调查研究——以上海四平路社区为例

摘　　要：中国老城区的生活型街道因其分布密度较高,与城市生活结合紧密,紧邻居住小区,是老年人活动频繁的场所。为了探究生活型街道空间的适老性,文章通过PSPL法对上海四平路社区中的3条空间环境差异性较大的临近街道进行“公共空间”与“老年人公共生活”调研分析,深入剖析街道公共空间中老年人的现实需求、分布特点与行为活动特征,总结老龄群体的行为活动特征与空间环境之间的关系。Living streets in old urban areas of China are frequently used by the elderly because of their high density of distribution,close integration with urban life,and proximity to residential areas.In order to investigate the suitability of living street space for the elderly,this paper analyzes the "public space" and "public life of the elderly" in three adjacent streets in Shanghai's Siping Road community through the PSPL method,and deeply analyzes the actual needs,distribution characteristics and behavioral characteristics of the elderly in the street public space.We analyzed the actual needs,distribution characteristics and behavioral characteristics of the elderly in the public space.Through the analysis of the behavioral activities,living environment and spatial needs of the elderly,we summarized the relationship between the behavioral characteristics of the elderly and the spatial environment.
