国土空间规划背景下实用性村庄规划策略研究——以桐峪镇前山村为例

摘　　要：随着国家对空间规划改革和乡村振兴战略的要求日益提高,村庄规划作为空间规划体系下的一个重要组成部分,其理论研究成果比较匮乏。如何扎实有序地推进乡村发展、乡村建设、乡村治理,是目前各村庄规划面临的难题。文章立足于实际项目,选取前山村作为研究对象,通过前往前山村村庄进行现场调研,并运用GIS平台分析等方法,揭示了前山村现存的发展问题,对此进行分析、研究,以得到前山村可持续发展策略,助推乡村振兴战略。With the increasing national requirements for spatial planning reform and rural revitalization strategy,village planning,as an important component under the spatial planning system,is relatively scarce in terms of theoretical research results.The problem of how to promote rural development,rural construction and rural governance in a solid and orderly manner is a difficult problem facing the planning of villages at present.Based on the actual project,this paper selects Qianshan Village as the research object,reveals the existing development problems of Qianshan Village by going to the village for on-site research and analyzing in the GIS platform,and analyzes and researches this,in order to get the sustainable development strategy of Qianshan Village and help promote the rural revitalization strategy.
