山地乡村小型重钢装配式民居设计探究——以重庆地区为例

摘　　要：近年来,国家及重庆市有关部门均在积极推动乡村装配式建筑的推广应用,同时伴随着乡村旅游事业的发展,文、农、旅三位一体的赋能模式进一步激发出乡村地区的无限活力与潜力。兼具居住性与经营性的小型重钢装配式民居能够解决传统砖混农房存在的各种弊端,有效提升居住者体验感和田园风貌,能够在文农旅融合产业链中发挥重要作用。文章通过对重庆山地自然环境与民居营建特征的总结,提出小型重钢装配式民居的标准化、模块化、可变性、在地性与经济性等设计策略,并从平面布局与功能设计、立面造型与空间设计、营造体系与技术设计等层面予以阐述。In recent years,the relevant departments of the state and Chongqing Municipality have been actively promoting the promotion and application of rural prefabricated buildings,and with the development of rural tourism,the empowerment model of the trinity of cultural and agricultural tourism will further stimulate the infinite vitality and potential of rural areas.Small heavy steel prefabricated houses with both residential and operational properties can solve various drawbacks of traditional brick-concrete farmhouses,effectively enhance the experience and pastoral style of residents,and play an important role in the industrial chain of cultural and agricultural tourism integration.By summarizing the characteristics of Chongqing's mountain natural environment and residential construction,this paper puts forward the design strategies of standardization,modularization,variability,locality and economy of small heavy steel prefabricated houses,and elaborates them from the aspects of floor layout and functional design,facade modeling and space design,construction system and technical design.
