历史古镇主体转换视角下的特色小镇空间生产

摘　　要：历史古镇的特色小镇开发呈现出明显的空间生产特征,这不单受到资本循环推动,也被主体转换过程所影响。文章从主体与空间两个角度出发,认为地方社会网络是历史古镇原真性的来源;而资本主导的空间生产导致了空间使用价值与交换价值的范式对立。被广泛称赞的乌镇模式加剧了这种对立,完全脱离了古镇保护性开发的初衷。文章以四川省崇州市元通镇为例,构建了“主体转换-空间生产”的分析框架,认为地方民众与土地资本主体身份的转换标志着空间商品化的开始,进而提出在政府引导、多元主体共同参与的前提下,重构空间生产范式的可能性。The development of historical towns presents obvious characteristics of space production,which is not only driven by capital circulation,but also affected by the process of subject conversion.From the perspectives of subject and space,this paper argues that local social networks is the source of the authenticity of historical towns;while the space production dominated by capital leads to the paradigm opposition between space use value and exchange value.Taking Yuantong Town as an example,the paper constructs an analytical framework of "subject transformation-spatial production".The possibility of reconstructing the paradigm of spatial production under the premise of joint participation of subjects.
