摘　　要：研究建立了恒温振荡培养箱的校准方法。通过对生产厂家和用户的调研,参考相关的国家标准、行业标准和校准规范,提出一种采用多通道温度计、转速表和位移传感器作为校准装置,校准恒温振荡培养箱的温度偏差、温度波动度、温度均匀度、振荡频率误差和振荡幅度误差的方法。选择代表性的恒温振荡培养箱,依据该校准方法对计量特性进行实验验证,验证结果符合指标要求。该方法促进了恒温振荡培养箱量值溯源的标准化和规范化,推动其校准规范的制定。The calibration method of constant temperature shaking incubator was established.Based on the investigation of manufacturers and users,referring to the relevant national standards,industry standards and calibration specifications,the temperature deviation,temperature fluctuation,temperature uniformity,shaking frequency error and shaking amplitude error were selected as the main measurement characteristics index,and the specific calibration method was determined.Representative incubators were selected,and the measurement characteristics of the incubator were verified by experiments according to the calibration method.The verification results meet the requirements of the measurement characteristics.This method promotes the standardization and normalization of the measurement source of the incubator,and promotes the formulation of its calibration specification.
