摘　　要：目的:分析腹膜透析(PD)慢性肾衰竭(CRF)患者自我管理行为与心理韧性、社会支持的关系。方法:对行PD的88例CRF患者进行自我管理量表、Connor-Davidsion韧性量表(CD-RISC)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)调查,分析自我管理行为与心理韧性、社会支持的关系。结果:PD-CRF患者自我管理量表评分与CD-RISC、SSRS评分呈正相关(P<0.05),且心理韧性、社会支持是PD-CRF患者自我管理行为的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:自我管理行为与心理韧性、社会支持有关,加强社会支持和提高心理韧性有助于提高PD-CRF患者自我管理行为。Objective:To analyze the relationship between self-management behaviors and psychological resilience,social support in patients with chronic renal failure(CRF)after peritoneal dialysis(PD).Methods:A total of 88 patients with CRF undergoing PD were investigated by self-management scale,Connor-Davidsion Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS).The relationship between self-management behaviors and psychological resilience,social support was analyzed.Results:The score of self-management scale was positively correlated with CD-RISC and SSRS scores(P<0.05).The psychological resilienceand social support were influencing factors of self-management behaviors(P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-management behaviorsare related to psychological resilienceand social support in PD-CRF patients.Strengthening social support and enhancing psychological resilience are beneficial to improve self-management behaviors.
