枳实消痞丸联合兰索拉唑肠溶片治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨枳实消痞丸联合兰索拉唑肠溶片对慢性萎缩性胃炎的治疗效果。方法:选取本院2021年12月—2022年6月接诊的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者64例,随机分为对照组与治疗组各32例。对照组给予兰索拉唑肠溶片30 mg/次,1次/d,口服;治疗组在对照组基础上联合枳实消痞丸6 g/次,3次/d,口服。两组疗程均为5周。比较两组临床疗效、症状积分以及炎性因子和血清氧化应激水平等指标改善情况。结果:对照组和治疗组总有效率分别为78.13%和90.63%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组治疗前后比较,乏力、隐痛、胃脘胀满、纳差症状积分均明显降低(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组治疗前后比较,炎性因子肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和一氧化氮(NO)水平较治疗前均明显升高(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:枳实消痞丸联合兰索拉唑治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎,疗效肯定,能有效降低患者的炎性指标,改善患者应激指标,可在临床应用。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of the Zhishi Xiaopi pill combined with lansoprazole enteric-coated tablets in treating chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:64 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis admitted to our hospital from December 2021 to June 2022 were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 32 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were orally administered lansoprazole enteric-coated tablets(30 mg/time)once a day.The patients in the treatment group were orally administered with Zhishi Xiaopi pill 6 g/time,three times a day.The treatment course of both groups was five weeks.The clinical efficacy,symptom score,and improvement of inflammatory factors and serum oxidative stress levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the control and treatment groups was 78.13%and 90.63%,respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Symptom scores of fatigue,dull pain,gastric distension,and poor appetite were significantly decreased in both groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was lower than the control group after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The inflammatory factors tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),and interleukin-8(IL-8)in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)and nitric oxide(NO)in two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the treatment group was higher than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhishi Xiaopi pill combined with lansoprazole is effective in treating chronic atrophic gastritis,which can effectively reduce the inflammatory index and improve the stress index of patients.It can also be used in clinics.
