皮内针联合云南白药调醋治疗带状疱疹疼痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究皮内针联合云南白药调醋治疗带状疱疹疼痛的效果。方法选取2021年5月—2023年5月本院收治的40例带状疱疹患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为参照组(n=20,常规治疗)及治疗组(n=20,皮内针联合云南白药调醋),观察两组患者疼痛程度、自理能力、睡眠及生活质量以及治疗满意率。结果治疗前,两组患者疼痛程度、自理能力、睡眠及生活质量对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组疼痛程度、自理能力、睡眠及生活质量优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。参照组患者治疗满意率低于治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用皮内针联合云南白药调醋可有效治疗带状疱疹患者的疼痛情况,提升自理能力,具有临床应用价值。Objective To explore the effect of intradermal acupuncture combined with Yunnan Baiyao vinegar in the treatment of herpes zoster pain.Methods 40 patients with herpes zoster enrolled in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were divided into reference group(n=20,conventional treatment)and treatment group(n=20,intradermal acupuncture combined with Yunnan Baiyao mixed vinegar)by random number table method.Pain degree,self-care ability,sleep and quality of life,satisfaction rate were observed.Results Before treatment,the patients(pain degree,self-care ability,sleep and quality of life)had no difference(P>0.05),after treatment,the indexes of the treatment group improved(P<0.05).Satisfaction rate of the reference group was lower than that of the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intradermal acupuncture combined with Yunnan Baiyao vinegar can effectively treat the pain of herpes zoster patients and improve their self-care ability,which has clinical application value.
