标准外伤大骨瓣减压配合显微手术治疗重型颅脑损伤分析

摘　　要：目的分析重型颅脑损伤患者的临床上采取不同的治疗方案所取得的临床疗效。方法选取2020年1月—2022年12月本院收治的100例重型颅脑损伤患者作为此次临床调查的研究对象,随机分为对照组与研究组,每组50例。对照采用标准外伤大骨瓣减压联合颞肌切除术治疗,研究组采用标准外伤大骨瓣减压配合显微手术治疗,对比两组患者的临床恢复情况、不同时段的颅内压、GCS评分、Barthel指数等各项数据。结果通过对两组患者不同时间段的各项临床指标比较得知,研究组的各项评分均优于对照组(P<0.05),同时其各项预后指标明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论标准外伤大骨瓣减压配合显微手术在重型颅脑损伤的临床上具备重要的应用价值,不仅有助于改善患者的神经功能,同时也提升其生活自理能力,达到了事半功倍的效果,值得临床上大力推广应用。Objective To analyze clinical effect of different treatment schemes for patients with severe traumatic brain injury.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with severe traumatic brain injury admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 as research subjects,and divided them into control group and study group randomly,with 50 cases in each group.Control group was treated with standard trauma large bone flap decompression combined with temporal muscle resection,while study group with standard trauma large bone flap decompression combined with microsurgical treatment.Clinical recovery,intracranial pressure at different time periods,GCS scores,Barthel index and other data were compared between two groups.Results Clinical indicators of study group were better than control group at different time periods(P<0.05),prognostic indicators were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Standard trauma large bone flap decompression combined with microsurgery can achieve important clinical application value for severe traumatic brain injury,can improve neurological function,enhance self-care ability of patients,with twice result based on half effort,which is worthy of vigorous promotion and application in clinical practice.
