摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理干预对妇科宫颈电圈切除术患者舒适度及生活质量的影响。方法选择2021年1月—2022年1月本院妇科门诊就医的72例行宫颈电圈切除术治疗患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=36)和研究组(n=36),对照组患者接受传统常规护理,研究组患者则接受优质护理干预,对两组患者手术相关指标、心理状态评分、就医舒适度、护理满意度以及生活质量评分进行分析比较。结果研究组术中出血量明显少于对照组,手术时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组干预后的焦虑评分、抑郁评分较对照组均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组总舒适度及总满意度较对照组均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组活动能力、日常生活、家庭支持、生活感受、健康感受等方面的生活质量评分均较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妇科宫颈电圈切除术患者开展优质护理,有助于改善其不良情绪,提升手术舒适度和满意度,优化术后生活质量,值得推广。Objective To explore the influence of high-quality nursing intervention on the comfort and quality of life of patients with gynecological cervical electrosurgical excision procedure.Methods 72 cases of patients treated with loop electrosurgical excision procedure from January 2021 to January 2022 in the gynecological outpatient department of our hospital were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into the control group(n=36)and the study group(n=36).Nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores were analyzed and compared.Results The amount of intraoperative bleeding in the study group was significantly less than that in the control group,and the operation time was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);The scores of anxiety and depression in the study group after intervention were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The total comfort and satisfaction of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The quality of life scores of activity ability,daily life,family support,life experience and health experience in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing care for patients with cervical electrosurgical excision procedure in gynecology department is helpful to improve their bad mood,enhance the comfort and satisfaction of operation,and optimize the quality of life after operation,which is worth popularizing.
