显微手术经侧裂-岛叶入路对基底节区高血压脑出血患者血肿清除和脑损伤的影响

摘  要:目的观察显微手术经侧裂-岛叶入路治疗,在临床上基底节区高血压脑出血患者治疗期间干预后的效果。方法选取2018年1月—2022年12月东莞康华医院治疗的基底节区高血压脑出血患者80例为研究对象,并按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组40例。试验组患者采用显微手术经侧裂-岛叶入路治疗措施,对照组采用保守治疗措施。干预后,比对试验对象之间的血肿清除率、并发症发生率、神经功能评分。结果治疗工作开展后,试验组干预对象血肿清除率,比对照组更高(P<0.05);并发症发生率比对照组更低(P<0.05);神经功能评分比对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论在试验组的治疗过程中,给予基底节区高血压脑出血患者显微手术经侧裂-岛叶入路治疗干预,效果相对较好。在实施治疗之后,患者的症状得到较好的改善,并发症发生率随之减少,且血肿清除情况更好,神经功能得以改善,值得被临床应用推广。Objective To observe curative effect of microsurgical intervention via lateral fissure island approach on patients with basal ganglia hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage during treatment period.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with basal ganglia hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in Dongguan Kanghua Hospital from January 2018 to December 2022,and divided them into experimental group of 40 cases and control group of 40 cases with random number table method.Experimental group was treated with microsurgical treatment via lateral fissure island approach,while control group with conservative treatment.After intervention,hematoma clearance rate,incidence of complications,and neurological function scores were compared between groups.Results After treatment,study values of hematoma clearance probability and evaluation results in experimental group were higher than control group(P<0.05).in cidence of complications in experimental group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Neurological function scores obtained from study in experimental group than was lower control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During treatment process,microsurgical intervention via lateral fissure island approach can achieve relatively good effect for experimental group with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia area,can improve symptoms of patients significantly after treatment,decrease incidence of complications,improve neurological function with better clearance of hematoma,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
