以微视频健康教育联合系统化预防性护理对介入性产前诊断孕妇情绪状态及不良事件发生率的影响

摘　　要：目的观察以微视频健康教育联合系统化预防性护理对介入性产前诊断孕妇情绪状态及不良事件发生率的影响分析。方法选取本院2023年1—6月收治确定接受介入性产前诊断的220例孕妇,按照护理方案的区别分为对照组与研究组。对照组常规健康教育联合常规护理,研究组以微视频健康教育联合系统化预防性护理。比较两组孕妇在干预前、后生命体征、不良情绪评分,统计孕妇不良事件发生率,并对孕妇发放满意度调查问卷明确满意度。结果干预前,两组生命体征、不良情绪评分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组脉搏及不良情绪较干预前均有所下降,其中研究组下降程度更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组孕妇不良事件率低于对照组,而满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论介入性产前诊断孕妇中,以微视频健康教育联合系统化预防性护理措施,可理想控制生命体征,减轻不良情绪,降低不良事件发生率,获得孕妇高度满意。Objective To observe effect of micro video health education combined with systematic preventive nursing on emotional status and incidence of adverse events of pregnant women with interventional prenatal diagnosis.Methods The paper chose 220 pregnant women treated with interventional prenatal diagnosis in our hospital from January 2023 to June 2023,and divided them into control group and study group according to difference in nursing schemes randomly.Control group was treated with routine health education combined with routine nursing,while study group with micro video health education combined with systematic preventive nursing.Vital signs and negative emotion scores were compared between two groups before and after intervention,incidence of adverse events was calculate,and satisfaction survey questionnaires were distributed to pregnant women to clarify satisfaction degree.Results There was no significant difference in vital signs and negative emotion scores before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,pulse and negative emotions were lower than before,study group showing more significant decrease(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse events in study group was lower than control group,while satisfaction degree was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During interventional prenatal diagnosis of pregnant women,micro video health education combined with systematic preventive nursing measures can control vital signs,alleviate negative emotions,reduce adverse events effectively,and achieve high satisfaction degree of pregnant women.
