摘　　要：目的总结哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠引起腹泻的临床特征,为临床用药时快速、准确判断药品不良反应,保证安全、有效用药提供参考依据。方法收集2014年1月-2022年12月贵港市人民医院收治的哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠致腹泻的26例病例,对性别、年龄分布、临床表现、用药时间、累积剂量、实验室检查结果、临床处理方法及转归等信息进行统计分析。结果腹泻以大便次数增多、水样便为主,主要发生在距离用药后的2 d内,用药剂量小于36 g时,及时停药,对症治疗后,腹泻好转。结论在使用注射用哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠后,出现相关性腹泻时,及时完善相关检查,评估病情,及时停药或更改治疗方案。Objective To summarize the clinical characteristics of diarrhea caused by piperacillin/tazobactam,and to provide reference for rapid and accurate judgment of adverse drug reactions in clinical medication,so as to ensure safe and effective medication.Methods A total of 26 cases of diarrhea caused by piperacillin/tazobactam admitted to Guigang City People's Hospital from January 2014 to December 2022 were collected.The gender,age distribution,clinical manifestations,medication time,cumulative dose,laboratory examination results,clinical treatment methods and outcomes were statistically analyzed.Results After medication(<36 g or less),most patients showed stool frequency increased and watery stools in two days,but improved after they stopped drugs and symptomatic treatment.Conclusion Clinically,perfect inspection to assess patient's condition,stopping medication timely or adjusting treatment plan are helpful to improve with piperacillin/tazobactam related diarrhea.
