摘　　要：复兴中华法系是新时代法律人的文化使命,是在法治文化领域贯彻落实习近平文化思想的应有之义。新时代中华法系的复兴应当囊括历史、现实与未来三重维度,通过厘清中华法系与中华优秀传统法律文化的关系,推动中华优秀传统法律文化的创造性转化和创新性发展,融合形成新时代中华法系的内在意涵。习近平文化思想作为指导思想,与新时代中华法系复兴有重要的内在联系,包括坚定文化自信、秉持开放包容和坚持守正创新三个方面。中华法系复兴必须立足于中国式法治现代化的宏伟蓝图,从中国式现代化和法治现代化两个维度开展复兴伟业。回溯法统转型的历史,应当从中得到启示,将中华法系复兴融入新时代法学教育与法学理论研究,推动繁荣法学研究,助力法治中国建设。The rejuvenation of the Chinese legal system is the cultural mission of legal professionals in the new era,and it is the proper meaning of implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Culture in the field of the culture of the rule of law.The revival of the Chinese legal system in the new era should encompass the three dimensions of history,reality and the future,and promote the creative transformation and innovative development of the outstanding traditional Chinese legal culture and integrate the intrinsic meaning of the formation of the Chinese legal system in the new era by clarifying the relationship between the“bottle”of the Chinese legal system and the“wine”of the outstanding traditional Chinese legal culture.Xi Jinping Thought on Culture,as the guiding ideology,has an important internal connection with the rejuvenation of the Chinese legal system in the new era,including the three aspects of bolstering cultural confidence,upholding the spirit of openness and inclusiveness,and adhering to integrity and innovation.The rejuvenation of the Chinese legal system must be based on the grand blueprint of Chinese path to modernization of the rule of law and the great cause of rejuvenation must be carried out from the two dimensions of Chinese path to modernization and modernization of the rule of law.Looking back on the history of legal system transformation,we should draw inspiration from history,integrate the rejuvenation of the Chinese legal system into legal education and legal theoretical research in the new era,promote China's legal research and contribute to promoting the rule of law in China.
