邹旭运用经方治疗慢性心力衰竭经验探析

摘　　要：慢性心力衰竭是心血管疾病的终末阶段,具有高病死率和高再住院率的特点,严重威胁人类健康。邹旭教授发挥中医诊疗优势,使用经方治疗心衰取得较好效。文章总结邹旭教授临床经验,提出心阳渐衰、心神失宁与痰瘀互结是心衰的关键病机,介绍从重视阳气、涵养心神、化痰活血三方面运用经方治疗心衰的经验。Chronic heart failure is the terminal stage of cardiovascular disease,characterized by high mortality and high rehospitalization rates,posing a serious threat to human health.Professor Zou Xu leverages the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in diagnosing and treating heart failure,achieving good results with herbal medicine.This article summarizes Professor Zou Xu's clinical experience and proposes that the key pathogenesis of heart failure lies in the processes of gradual weakening of heart yang,loss of peace of mind,and mutual entanglement of phlegm and blood stasis.It introduces the experience of using herbal medicine to treat heart failure from three aspects:emphasizing the importance of yang qi,nourishing the heart spirit,and resolving phlegm and promoting blood circulation.
