补气活血通络方联合双抗药物预防支架再狭窄疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察补气活血通络方联合双抗药物治疗缺血性脑卒中支架植入患者血清学变化及再狭窄率的影响。方法:将符合纳入标准的脑血管支架植入患者100例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各50例。2组均采用拜阿司匹林(100mg/d)加波立维(75mg/d)治疗,在此基础上治疗组患者给予补气活血通络方治疗,疗程6个月。观察2组患者治疗前后的炎性因子和血小板相关指标的变化及再狭窄率。结果:2组患者的血清炎性因子和血小板相关指标治疗前后差异具有统计学意义;组间差异比较具有统计学意义。治疗组的再狭窄率为10%,对照组为26%,2组再狭窄率比较有统计学意义。结论:补气活血通络方联合双抗药物治疗脑血管支架植入患者疗效优于单用双抗药物治疗,可降低血清炎性因子,增强抗血小板聚集,降低再狭窄率。Objective:To observe the effect of Buqi Huoxue Tongluo prescription combined with dual anti-drug drugs on serological changes and restenosis rate in patients with ischemic stroke who underwent stent implantation.Methods:100 patients with cerebrovascular stent implantation who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,50 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with aspirin(100 mg/d)plus Plavix(75 mg/d).On this basis,patients in the treatment group were given Buqi Huoxue Tongluo prescription for 6 months.The changes in inflammatory factors and platelet-related indicators and the restenosis rate of the 2 groups of patients before and after treatment were observed.Results:The differences in serum inflammatory factors and plateletrelated indicators between the two groups of patients before and after treatment were statistically significant;the differences between the groups were statistically significant.The restenosis rate in the treatment group was 10%,and that in the control group was 26%.The restenosis rate between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion:Buqi Huoxue Tongluo prescription combined with dual-antibody drugs is more effective than dual-antibody drug therapy alone in the treatment of patients with cerebral vascular stent implantation.It can reduce serum inflammatory factors,enhance anti-platelet aggregation,and reduce restenosis rate.
