摘　　要：葶苈大枣泻肺汤由葶苈子、大枣两味药组成,其功效是泻肺化痰平喘,利水消肿。近年来该方加减或联用西医治疗可广泛治疗呼吸系统疾病,目前缺乏相关文献综述。该文对近年来的相关研究进行整理,从该方的临床应用、现代药理研究、动物实验三大方面对其相关研究展开归纳总结,为今后该方在呼吸系统疾病中的临床应用和机制研究提供理论依据和参考。Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction is composed of Tinglizi and Dazao.Its functions are to purge the lungs,resolve phlegm and relieve asthma,diuretic and reduce swelling.In recent years,this prescription can be widely used to treat respiratory diseases with the addition,subtraction or combination of western medicine.However,there is currently a lack of relevant literature review.This article sorts out the relevant research in recent years and summarizes the relevant research from the three aspects of clinical application,modern pharmacological research and animal experiments,so as to provide a basis for future clinical application and mechanism research of this prescription in respiratory diseases.Provide theoretical basis and reference.
