摘　　要：旋覆代赭汤出自《伤寒论》,是治疗胃虚气逆痰阻之“心下痞”的代表方。现代临床扩大了旋覆代赭汤的应用范围,旋覆代赭汤不仅应用于消化系统,在其他系统中也取得了良好的疗效,充分体现了中医“异病同治”的特点。文章对近年来旋覆代赭汤的临床应用进行了综述,旨在拓宽旋覆代赭汤临床思路。Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction comes from“Treatise on Febrile Diseases”and is a representative prescription for treating“heart-hungry syndrome”caused by stomach deficiency and phlegm obstruction.Modern clinical practice has expanded the application scope of Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction.Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction is not only used in the digestive system,but also achieves good curative effects in other systems,fully embodying the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine of“treating different diseases with the same treatment”.This article reviews the clinical application of Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction in recent years,aiming to broaden the clinical thinking of Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction.
