布拉氏酵母菌联合重组人干扰素α1b治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的临床疗效

摘  要:目的探讨布拉氏酵母菌联合重组人干扰素α1b治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月至2021年12月汉川市妇幼保健院收治的100例小儿轮状病毒性肠炎患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组50例。对照组采用重组人干扰素α1b注射液治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用布拉氏酵母菌散治疗。比较两组症状改善时间、炎症因子水平、心肌酶谱指标、临床疗效及再次腹泻发生情况。结果研究组退热时间、止吐时间、止泻时间、脱水纠正时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)与乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α、CK、CK-MB、LDH水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为98.00%,高于对照组的82.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月内,研究组再次腹泻率为8.00%,低于对照组的24.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布拉氏酵母菌联合重组人干扰素α1b治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎效果显著,能有效缓解患儿的临床症状,降低炎症反应,减轻心肌损伤,且预后良好。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Saccharomyces Boulardii combined with recombinant human interferonα1b in the treatment of rotavirus enteritis in children.Methods 100 children with rotavirus enteritis admitted to Hanchuan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with recombinant human interferonα1b injection,and the study group was treated with Saccharomyces Boulardii on the basis of the control group.The symptom improvement time,inflammatory factor level,myocardial enzyme profile index,clinical efficacy and occurrence of recurrent diarrhea were compared between the two groups.Results The antipyretic time,antiemetic time,antidiarrheal time and dehydration correction time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)between the two groups;after treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α,CK,CK-MB and LDH of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the study group was 98.00%,which was higher than 82.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Within 3 months after treatment,the rate of recurrent diarrhea in the study group was 8.00%,which was lower than 24.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Saccharomyces Boulardii combined with recombinant human interferonα1b in the treatment of children with rotavirus enteritis is significant,
