基于互联网平台的家庭护理对输液室应用外周静脉留置针输液患儿的效果研究

摘　　要：目的分析基于互联网平台的家庭护理对输液室应用外周静脉留置针输液患儿的效果。方法选取2021年1—12月于苏北人民医院输液室应用外周静脉留置针输液的80例患儿作为研究对象,按入组时间分为对照组(2021年1—6月)与观察组(2021年7—12月),每组40例;对照组照护人75名,观察组照护人80名。对照组行常规护理干预,观察组基于互联网平台家庭护理干预。比较两组留置针留置时间、并发症发生情况、留置管风险事件发生情况、照护人留置针知识知晓度。结果观察组留置针留置时间长于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组冲封管方法不当、照护人安全意识差、导管护理不当、照护方法不当、不及时维护发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组留置针操作方法、留置针护理知识、输液注意事项、药物用法用量、常见并发症处理评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于互联网平台的家庭护理能有效延长患儿外周静脉留置针的留置时间,提高照护人对留置针相关知识的知晓度,从而降低并发症及风险事件发生率,具有重要的应用价值。Objective To analyze the effect of internet-based home nursing on children with peripheral venous indwelling needle infusion in infusion room.Methods 80 children who received intravenous infusion with peripheral venous indwelling needle in the transfusion room of People's Hospital of North Jiangsu province from January to December 2021 as the research subjects,they were divided into the control group(from January to June 2021)and observation group(from July to December 2021)according to the time,with 40 cases in each group.75 caregivers were included in the control group,and 80 caregivers were included in the observation group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received internet-based home nursing.The complications and indwelling time were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The indwelling time of the observation group was longer than that in the control group,and the incidence of complication was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of improper tube sealing method,poor safety consciousness of caregivers,improper catheter nursing,improper care method and no timely maintenance in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of indwelling needle operation method,indwelling needle nursing knowledge,transfusion precautions,drug usage and dosage,and common complications management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Internet-based home nursing can effectively prolong the indwelling time of peripheral vein indwelling needle in children,improve the awareness of nurses about the knowledge of indwelling needle,and reduce the incidence of complications and risk events,it has important application value.
