摘　　要：不孕症发病率有逐年升高趋势,有生育要求的高龄女性群体相应增加,卵巢早衰、遗传性疾病等特殊疾病,多方面因素共同导致供卵IVF-ET需求逐步上升。本文报导2例供卵IVF-ET成功妊娠分析。Infertility rates have been increasing year by year,with a corresponding increase in the population of older women with fertility requirements.Special diseases such as premature ovarian failure and genetic disorders,along with multiple factors,have led to a gradual rise in demand for oocyte donation in IVF-ET.This paper reports on the analysis of two successful pregnancies resulting from IVF-ET using donated oocyte.
