摘　　要：简要介绍电外科设备的诞生及发展,并详细阐述普通高频电刀、自适应电刀、氩气刀、双极血管封闭技术和LEEP刀的原理以及各种高频电刀功能亚型的研究现状。系统分析不同类型高频电刀使用情况和性能特征,针对系列高频电刀的不足和缺陷,探讨高频电刀未来的发展方向。This paper introduces the birth and development of electrosurgical equipment,details the principles of ordinary high-frequency electrosurgical knife,adaptive electrosurgical knife,argon knife,bipolar vascular closure technology and LEEP knife,as well as the current status of research on the functional subtypes of various high-frequency electrosurgical knives.It systematically analyzes the use and performance characteristics of different types of high-frequency electrosurgical knives,to address the shortcomings and defects of the series of high-frequency electrosurgical knife,and to discuss the future development direction of high-frequency electrosurgical knife.
