摘 要:目的:分析助行器站立训练对股骨颈骨折患者术后步行能力的影响。方法:将股骨颈骨折患者(90例)设置为研究对象,研究对象时间2021年1月~2022年12月,按区间随机法将其分为对照组、观察组,各45例,两组均接受髋关节置换术治疗,术后对照组接受常规康复训练,观察组在常规康复训练基础上增加助行器站立训练。比较两组干预前后步长、步频、步速变化情况;比较两组干预前后Harris髋关节功能评分(简称Harris评分)及伯格平衡量表评分。结果:干预前组间步长、步频、步数对比未体现明显差异(P>0.05),干预后观察组步长长于对照组,步频大于对照组,步速快于对照组(P<0.05);干预前两组Harris评分对比未体现明显差异(P>0.05),干预后观察组Harris评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预前两组平衡功能评分对比无意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组平衡功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:股骨颈骨折患者术后接受助行器站立训练有利于步行能力恢复。Objective:To analyze the effect of walking aid standing training on postoperative walking ability in patients with femoral neck fractures.Methods:A total of 90 patients with femoral neck fractures in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a observation group based on interval randomization,each consisting of 45 patients.Both groups received hip replacement surgery,while the control group received routine rehabilitation training after surgery.The observation group received standing training with a walking aid on top of routine rehabilitation training.Compare the changes in stride length,stride frequency,and stride speed between the two groups before and after intervention;Compare the hip joint function score(Harris)and balance scale score(Berg,Balance Scale Berg)between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:There was no significant difference in step length,step frequency,and step count between the groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the step length of the observation group was longer,step frequency was greater,and step speed was faster than that of the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in Harris scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),and after intervention,the Harris scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the balance function scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),but after intervention,the balance function scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Postoperative standing training with a walking aid is beneficial for the recovery of walking ability in patients with femoral neck fractures.
