摘 要:目的:分析在简易呼吸器清洗过程中,采用机械清洗烘干与手工清洗方式的清洁合格率。方法:取2021年5月~2022年5月本院消毒供应中心消毒的100个污染程度均一致的简易呼吸器。将其按照运送批次,分成两组进行清洗。其中前50件,应用手工清洗方式;后50件,则是应用机械清洗烘干的方式支持。比较两类清洗模式下在简易呼吸器不同采样部位的清洗合格率。结果:相较于手工清洗消毒法,采用机械烘干在内腔面、接口内的清洗合格率均处于较高水平,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.263、6.383;P=0.021,0.015)。但两种方式在外表面的清洗合格率均达到了100.00%。结论:在简易呼吸器清洗过程中,采用机械清洗烘干相较于手工清洗方式在简易呼吸器不同采样部位的清洗合格情况均更佳一些。Objective:To analyze the qualified rate of cleaning by mechanical cleaning,drying and manual cleaning in the cleaning process of simple breathing apparatus.Methods:100 simple respirators with the same level of contamination were taken from May 2021 to May 2022 disinfection center of our hospital.It is cleaned in two groups according to the shipment batch.The first 50 pieces should be cleaned manually;The last 50 pieces are supported by mechanical cleaning and drying.To compare the qualified rate of cleaning in different sampling parts of simple breathing apparatus under two kinds of cleaning modes.Results:Compared with manual cleaning and disinfection,the qualified rate of cleaning in the inner cavity surface and the interface was at a higher level,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.263,6.383;P=0.021,0.015).However,the qualified rate of cleaning on the outer surface of both methods reached 100.00%.Conclusion:In the process of simple breathing apparatus cleaning,mechanical cleaning and drying is better than manual cleaning in different sampling parts of simple breathing apparatus.
